PET WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES

Tampa Bay PooPatrol offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include one-time cleaning, weekly and twice-a-week cleaning, and bi-weekly cleanings. All pricing is based on an area of 1/8th of an acre or 5,000 square feet.
Larger areas will have an additional charge.

  • Accessing your yard - The Customer understands that if Tampa Bay Poo Patrol can’t access the area to clean due to a locked or blocked gate or dogs in the yard, the cleaning will be skipped, and charges will still apply. Tampa Bay PooPatrol suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests that we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the following month’s bill.
  • Weather - Tampa Bay Poo Patrol will work through the rain and chill as long as it is safe.  The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extremely high temperatures, or flooding. Tampa Bay PooPatrol is a monthly subscription service. No refunds will be offered for missed cleanings due to weather. If the cleaning must be skipped, we will be there for the following cleaning and will scoop any additional waste that has accumulated. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us, and we will try to accommodate you, but it is not guaranteed.
  • Holidays - Tampa Bay Poo Patrol does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your pick-up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that day and pick up the following service day. There are no refunds for a missed pick up as we will still scoop the accumulated waste at our next visit.
  • Billing - Tampa Bay Poo Patrol pre-bills every four weeks for our service. Your bill will be emailed and texted to you via Square for payment. All customers are required to have a credit card/bank account on file, and your account will be charged the day your invoice is sent.·     If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last cleaning, an initial cleaning fee will be applied when service is resumed.
  • One-Time Cleanings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remainder is paid after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If any payment becomes more than 30 days late, Tampa Bay Poo Patrol will turn your account over to collections.
  • Tall grass, leaves, and other debris The customer must acknowledge that it can be difficult to find pet waste in tall grass or other yard debris, including leaves and grass clippings. TampaBay Poo Patrol will always do our best to clean your yard, and we understand that maintaining your yard is much work and may not always be in the best shape. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed due to the condition of the yard.
  • Additional Fees - The following are items we charge extra for: Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit), Locked gate return ($5/time)
